Job Description
It includes but is not limited to the following:
- Leading the strategic planning process for the assigned brands based on key consumer insights to enhance current portfolio and improve communication with consumers.
- Coordinating the development of communication materials such as catalogues websites, brochures, packaging and in-store displays.
- Plan, strategies and execute marketing designs and activities to establish and maintain brand presence in the market.
- Create strategies to take advantage of market opportunities.
- Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies.
- Coordinate activities of specialists involved in the brand positioning of the products.
- Work closely with departments to consult on package and product as it relates to branding.
- Develop brand standards and usage guidelines.
- Launch and oversee advertising and media planning.
Qualification
- HND/B.Sc in Marketing or any related field.
- Experience: At least 3-5years' experience in marketing and sales
- Age Range: 25-35 years
Knowledge, Skills and Competency:
- Must possess relevant professional qualifications in branding.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
- Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team.
- Experience in developing objectives and strategies (Sales and Marketing).
- Must possess excellent communications skills.
- Must have good people skills.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- IT Skill.
- Ability to think independently and handle multiple projects
Salary
N70,000 plus Commission.
