We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: SAP Support Services Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsivities

• Respond to user inquiries and support requests related to SAP applications.
• Analyse and diagnose software issues, working towards a timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical problems.
• Document solutions, known issues, and troubleshooting steps for reference.
• Assist in system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
• Provide training to end-users and create user documentation.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential problems.
• Stay updated on the latest SAP features, updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with business users to gather and understand requirements.
• Configure and customize SAP [specific module] to meet business needs.
• Perform testing and validation of SAP processes and configurations.
• Analyse functional issues and propose effective solutions.
• Assist in the implementation of new SAP modules and enhancements.
• Provide guidance to end-users and create training materials.
• Participate in cross-functional projects involving SAP integration.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and SAP advancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP functionalities.
• Strong problem-solving and configuration skills.
• Experience with SAP implementation, configuration, and support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Remuneration
N400,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
