We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Manpower Outsourcing Manager

Location: Ejigbo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their manpower requirements, business goals, and specific needs for outsourced workforce.
  • Develop comprehensive workforce solutions by designing innovative outsourcing strategies tailored to client demands.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and selection to onboarding and performance tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficient service delivery.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of outsourced team members and address any performance-related issues in a proactive manner.
  • Monitor market trends and industry best practices to recommend adjustments and enhancements to outsourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between outsourced talent and internal processes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on the effectiveness and impact of the outsourced workforce to senior management.
  • Stay updated on labor regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards related to outsourcing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field; Master's Degree is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in manpower outsourcing or related roles.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing successful workforce outsourcing strategies.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and vendor management.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for building rapport with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Proficient in using HR management software and tools.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt to evolving business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving abilities.
