Job Title: Cellular Communications Executive
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be able to perform reconciliation for the products and partner settlement, providing support to the Lead, reconciliation, and settlement.
Responsibilities
- Handling cellular connection for head office only for existing and new (Airtel & Glo), reconciliation, payments, data/voice upload, and daily troubleshooting.
- Avaya (Intercom) payments follow-up.
- IPNEX payments follow-up.
- NIN registrations for expatriates
- Liaison with cellular companies.
- Identify and resolve settlement discrepancies and outstanding.
- Identify and recoup funds from Technical Payment glitches.
- Attend to all partner payment queries and ensure they are resolved promptly.
- Liaise with Telecommunications relationship managers to ensure reconciled funds are transferred to the account.
Requirements
- B.Sc in any discipline
- 2-3 years of proven experience in the same capacity or similar
- Must be smart, presentable, and very good with MS Office
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
