Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Major Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and other lead generation strategies.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and negotiate terms to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas by consistently closing deals and achieving revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and solutions.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges to the sales management team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with a diverse range of clients.
  • Demonstrated boldness, confidence, and the ability to take initiative in sales situations.
  • Result-driven mindset, with a commitment to achieving and surpassing sales goals.
  • Practical knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record client interactions and sales activities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations, combined with a focus on achieving desired outcomes.
  • Keen interest in conducting research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • A passion for building and nurturing relationships with clients to drive long-term business growth.

Salary

  • N100,000 monthly.
