Job Description

• Do you have a strong high-end or luxury sales background? Do you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and you are seeking for an opportunity to connect with high-net-worth individuals?
• If so, you’ll enjoy this opportunity as our client, who is in Real Estate and Property Development Company, is seeking to engage enthusiastic and goal driven Marketing Officers with experience in marketing and sales of Properties.
• Preferred candidates will act as an active Marketer for the property business business and the key to success is using your hustle, self-direction, collaboration, communication, and social skills to effectively achieve marketing and sales target and grow business revenue.

Job Duties

• Promote and sell the company's extensive range of building properties
• Follow up on leads generated through website, social media platform and site visits to ensure all sales potentials are realized
• Prepare and execute go to market plan to achieve desired monthly sales targets
• Identify prestige/key customers and develop relationship and activation plans

• Make regular marketing and sales calls to targeted high-net-worth individuals
• Drive awareness and contributing to marketing and advertising plans to expand brand presence
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the effectiveness of sales, both individually and as part of a team
• Execute the real estate and property business strategies to achieve sales revenue and business growth
• Make decisions based on established policies and procedures whilst achieving marketing and sales target and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

The Person

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Marketing or related field
• 1+ year proven experience working with luxury brands
• Strong retail marketing and sales background – preferably with experience of high-end/luxury sales
• Understanding of luxury marketing and sales strategies.

• Strong client relationships with exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport over the phone and in-person
• Willing to work independently as well as in a team, taking initiative to ensure tasks are managed effectively and efficiently.

What's on Offer:

• Salary Range –N80,000 – N150,000per month (salary will depend on the seniority of the experience)
• Additional commission payment (uncapped)
