Job Description

• If so, you’ll enjoy this opportunity as our client, who is seeking to engage an enthusiastic and goal driven Senior Marketing Officer with experience in marketing and sales of Properties.
• Preferred candidates will act as an active Senior Marketer for the property business and the key to success is using your hustle, self-direction, collaboration, communication, and social skills to effectively achieve marketing and sales targets and grow business revenue.

Job Duties

• Play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies for property portfolio
• Utilize marketing expertise to create compelling campaigns, drive brand awareness, and attract potential investors
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote property projects in Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria
• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify target demographics and optimize marketing efforts
• Create engaging content for digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, and email campaigns
• Monitor marketing performance metrics, generate reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Drive awareness and contributing to marketing and advertising plans to expand brand presence
• Develop and implement strategies to increase the effectiveness of sales, both individually and as part of a team
• Execute the real estate and property business strategies to achieve sales revenue and business growth
• Make decisions based on established policies and procedures whilst achieving marketing and sales target and maintaining excellent customer relationships

The Person

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Marketing or related field
• 3+ year proven experience working with real estate and property company
• Strong retail marketing and sales background – preferably with experience of high-end/luxury sales
• Excellent property marketing experience with understanding of Lekki, Lagos property market.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communications skills
• Excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Willing to work independently as well as in a team, taking initiative to ensure tasks are managed effectively and efficiently
• Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.

What's on Offer:

• Salary Range –N200,000 – N350,000per month (salary will depend on the seniority of the experience)
• Additional commission payment (uncapped)
