Fastizers Food and Confectionery Limited started with its first production of cookies in the year 2010, desiring to cater to its immediate community. This first batch of home-made Fastizers Cookies, produced with less than N1,000, got so much positive feedback it inspired the production of subsequent batches, however still on a small scale from a home-kitchen.

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Purpose
- To plan and implement all sales activities in other to meet achieve the company’s goals on sales targets profitability.
Educational / Professional Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in Social / Management Science or a similar field.
Years of Experience Required:
- 7years experience in similar role.
Other Qualifications:
- Must have worked as a Regional Sales Manager in a biscuit industry in Lagos/South West
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- An ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics
- Solid customer service attitude with excellent persuasion skills
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office and knowledge of CRM tools.
