Human Resources (HR) Supervisor at Fastizers Food and Confectionery Limited

Fastizers Food and Confectionery Limited started with its first production of cookies in the year 2010, desiring to cater to its immediate community. This first batch of home-made Fastizers Cookies, produced with less than N1,000, got so much positive feedback it inspired the production of subsequent batches, however still on a small scale from a home-kitchen.

We are recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Supervisor

Location: Agbara, Ogun
Employment type: Full-time

Job Purpose

• To assist the Human Resource Manager in all HR related task.

Educational / Professional Qualification

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in a related discipline. ACIPM/SPHRI is an added advantage.

Years of Experience:

• 3 - 4 years.

Other Qualifications:

• Should be willing to relocate to Agbara
• Must be an HR Generalist with understanding of all HR functions
• Proven supervisory Skills     
• Should possess People Skills
• Knowledge of employee policies and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft office - ERP.
