Job Description

• We are currently recruiting for the Tele Sales Agent position with VIP Express Tourism Limited forour Lagos office.
• The TeleSales Agent will be responsible for communicating via telephone, introducing clients to VIP Express Tourism Limited and booking them to attend sales presentation.

Responsibilities

• Sell the Company service by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients via telephone.
• Developing a good relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Being a team player by contributing to the team effort related to the result as needed
• Identifying the prospect's needs and being able to provide a solution to such needs.
• Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Requirements / Qualifications

• SSCE / OND / HND / B.Sc in any relevant discipline.
• At least 1 year prior experience in telesales or equivalent customer service/sales roles is a plus.
• Must be well spoken, outgoing, friendly, enthusiastic, vibrant and financially motivated.
• Willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Proximity to the job location is important.

 Salary
N30,000 - N70,000 / month.
