About The Role

• Join our team as a Social Media Manager to oversee the company's interactions with the public by implementing content strategies on social media platforms.
• As a Social Media Manager, you'll be responsible for creating and implementing innovative strategies to grow and engage our community across multiple platforms.
• You'll be the voice of our brand, working closely with our users, influencers, and partners to drive engagement and foster a sense of belonging.
• In this role, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content, creative campaigns, and events that inspire and excite our community. You'll also be responsible for monitoring and responding to feedback, managing online community initiatives, and analyzing data to measure the success of our community efforts.

Requirements

• Creative thinking
• Prior experience with various social media platforms, especially Tik-Tok • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with various constituencies in a diverse multicultural community.
• Ability to film and edit content for social media
• Ability to think strategically, manage, and solve complex problems.
• Strong digital literacy and data management skills.
• Ability to run promotional ads
• Very good presentation and report-writing skills.
• Very strong interest and passion for the role.
