About the Role

• Are you passionate about nurturing innovation, coordinating programs, and supporting budding entrepreneurs? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Program Associate.
• As a Program Associate at The Nest, you will play a vital role in developing, coordinating, and executing programs that enable our community to thrive.
• You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the growth and success of startups and entrepreneurs within our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of programs and events aimed at supporting our community members.
• Foster engagement within our community by facilitating networking sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities.
• Manage program resources, budgets, and logistics to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of programs, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create meaningful opportunities for our community.
• Maintain detailed program records, including participant data and program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in program coordination, community engagement, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and proiect management skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for entrepreneurship, startups, and innovation.
• Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
