Job Description
- Ordering for fish and other grilling items from store
- Preparation of fish for grilling purposes
- Grill fish to meet Turn around time of 45 minutes
- Cutting and marinating fish appropriately
- Update production schedules, recipe cards, and plating guides.
- Adhere to sanitation, cleanliness, health and safety regulations.
- Ensure kitchen equipment and supplies are maintained clean and sanitized.
- Record orders as they come and keep proper information on all orders
- Set daily priorities and inform changes in assignment that may arise anytime.
- Interact with guests, get their feedback and record their complaints.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an NCE / OND / SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
