We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Locations: Surulere & Ikeja, Lagos

Responsibilities

• Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Actively involved in recruitment process by preparing job descriptions and also managing the hiring process
• Support management on disciplinary and grievance issues
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Determine HR metrics such as turnover rates and Cost per hire, review departmental budgets and maintain employee records
• Delegate HR related tasks and set objectives for team members, track employee growth and monitor performance
• Implementing and enforcing new HR policy

Requirements

• B.Sc in any related field (Masters degree is a plus)
• Candidates must have 5+ years of HR management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of best HR practices and labour laws
• Excellent organizational, time management and leadership skills.

Remuneration
N600,000 - N700,000 Monthly.
