You may start with little or no IT knowledge but, after completing 30 hands-on projects, you are as good as other engineers with 3 years in the industry.

Job Summary

  • Are you an experienced sales closer with a proven track record of closing deals and finalizing sales? We are currently seeking highly skilled and persuasive sales closers to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills, and be able to effectively engage potential customers to encourage them to make a purchase or commit to a sale.
  • You will work on the sales team and be fully responsible for:
  • Customer Acquisition: Qualification of leads,orientation and onboarding of learners.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Use expert telesales and persuasion skills to secure prospect interest and close sales.
  • Tele-sale and communicate effectively with prospects and existing customers.
  • Fully onboard and support newly converted customers.
  • Ensure sales targets and quotas are met as specified.
  • Develop, draft and write mailing contents and emails as required.
  • Prepare and draft sales pitch presentation and proposals to customers (Individual and Corporate) as required.
  • Initiate sales contact with prospects and follow-up using social media platforms when required (E.g. LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Train and conduct orientation for new learners as required.
  • Engage and handle customers and enquiry via website chat.
  • To work and convert prospects via day and night shift duty work model.
  • Foster learning and can-do attitude among the team at all times.

Job Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years+ of experience (preferably in a tech industry) working in TeleSales, Marketing, Customer Experience or a Business Development Role
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Demonstrable sales conversion skill
  • Familiar with CRM systems and practices
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
