Job Title: Program Associate
Locations: Abuja (FCT) & Rivers

Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of programs and events aimed at supporting our community members.
- Foster engagement within our community by facilitating networking sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing activities.
- Manage program resources, budgets, and logistics to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of programs, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create meaningful opportunities for our community.
- Maintain detailed program records, including participant data and program outcomes.
Qualifications
- HND / BSc. Degree in Communications, or a related field.
- 2 - 5 years relevant work experience.
- Experience in program coordination, community engagement, or a related role.
- Strong organizational and proiect management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for entrepreneurship, startups, and innovation.
- Proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
