Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in any Social Science / Business-related courses
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a generalist role
- A professional certification in Human Resources and/or from a recognized professional body (e.g., CIPM, SHPRI, etc.
- Understanding of general human resources policies, procedures and best practices
- Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Excellent people management skills.
