Job Title: Project Manager and Student Success Manager

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Project Manager & Student Success Manager.
• In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing projects within the academy while also ensuring the overall success and satisfaction of our students.
• You will collaborate with various teams, including co-founders, facilators, students, and administrative staff, to ensure the smooth execution of projects and provide exceptional support to our students.

Key Responsibilities
Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor multiple projects simultaneously.
• Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
• Create and manage project timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with instructors and students to ensure project milestones are met.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to stakeholders.

Student Success Manager:

• Act as the primary point of contact for students, addressing their needs and concerns.
• Provide academic guidance and support to students throughout their journey.
• Monitor and track student progress and performance.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and events to enhance student engagement and success.
• Collaborate with instructors to identify and address individual student challenges.
• Gather feedback from students and use it to continuously improve the educational experience.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Education, Project Management, Business, or similar).
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in an educational or tech-related context.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Empathy and a genuine interest in student success.
• Problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Trello, Slack or similar).
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
