Job Brief

• Our ideal Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing business growth efforts as well as growing a profitable portfolio of customers for the company.
• The Manager will also be responsible for creating new business winning bids, as well as the commercial management of productions of products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Building and managing relationships with customers
• Developing the commercial strategy and the commercial direction for the company
• Negotiating with customers, suppliers and manufacturers,
• Overseeing the performance of the commercial/marketing teams
• Pursuing new business opportunities
• Identifying and managing commercial risks

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a good Degree in Business Administration
• A minimum of 5 years experience
• A good written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• A good negotiation and problems-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• A strong team player with analytical skills
