Job Description

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
• Consult with clients to determine their desired look and style, and provide recommendations for treatments and services.
• Perform various care services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and other treatments.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest care trends and techniques, and incorporate these into your work with clients.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring that all equipment and tools are properly sanitized and in good working order.
• Handle client complaints in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure their satisfaction with services.
