Job Title: Nurse Anesthetist
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Reviewing medical history, evaluating patients and determining proper methods of anesthesia
- Accurately measuring and monitoring the level and speed at which anesthesia is administered
- Monitoring patient's vital signs to ensure safety
- Informing the surgeon if the patient becomes unstable
- Attending to patient's needs before, during and after surgery
- Overseeing patient's recovery from Anesthesia
- Knowledge on the use of Istat ABG machine and the cartridges for blood gas analysis
- Use of infusion pump and drug giving machine
- Use of defibrillator during resuscitation
Educational Requirements
- Registered Nurse Anesthetist
- Good communication skills (writing & oral)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to use Medical software applications
- Minimum of 3 years experience
