Cocean Nigeria Integrated Limited is an Oil and Gas company operating in the downstream sector with head office in Owerri, Imo state.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Finance

Location: Owerri, Imo

Job Desription

• To manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department towards effective and efficient running of the fianance/accounts function to produce resultd.

Main Duties

• Create accounting/operations procedures to prepare and manage rapidly growing entities and evolving business structure
• Handle all financial/tax statutory regulation/compliance
• Manage all accounting procedures
• Prepare budget forecast
• Publish financial statements on time
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Reconcile accountant’s payable and receivable
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
• Mange balance sheet and profit/loss statements etc.

Qualifications

• HND / B.Sc in Accounting and must be a chartered Accountant with minimum of 7 years of expereince as head of finance/accounts.
