Job Title: Sales Manager

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
  • You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
  • The Sales Manager will be in charge of achieving and hitting sales target, designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s client’s base and ensure its strong presence in the healthcare industry Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients;
  • Managing company and client expectations;
  • Managing promotions for a new service;
  • Reviewing timeframes and budgets;
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;
  • Creating and executing sales pitches;
  • Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients;
  • Attending networking events;
  • Negotiating sales contracts;
  • Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data;
  • Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment;
  • Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results;
  • Motivating team members to exceed expected goals;
  • Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty;
  • Researching the market and industry trends;

Requirements

  • BSc / MSc Degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Msc/MBA in Business Administration or a related field will be an added advantage.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
