Job Description
- We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
- The Sales Manager will be in charge of achieving and hitting sales target, designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s client’s base and ensure its strong presence in the healthcare industry Identifying sales and services that would appeal to new clients;
- Managing company and client expectations;
- Managing promotions for a new service;
- Reviewing timeframes and budgets;
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;
- Creating and executing sales pitches;
- Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients;
- Attending networking events;
- Negotiating sales contracts;
- Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data;
- Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment;
- Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results;
- Motivating team members to exceed expected goals;
- Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty;
- Researching the market and industry trends;
Requirements
- BSc / MSc Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Msc/MBA in Business Administration or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
