Job Description

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to employees, ensuring optimal productivity.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and monitoring stock levels.
• Implement pricing strategies and promotional activities to drive sales and maximize profitability.
• Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate actions to enhance the shopping experience.
• Control costs and manage budgets effectively.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate favorable terms and pricing agreements.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Introduce new products and services based on market analysis and customer preferences.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years experience.
• Previous experience in supermarket or retail management is preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising techniques.
• Financial acumen and ability to analyze sales data.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
