Job Description

• Prepare and slice vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions to serve as toppings or fillings.
• Ensure that meat is cooked to the desired level of doneness, maintaining quality and consistency.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cooking equipment and work area.

Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO certificate with 0-2 years experience.
• Proven experience as a shawarma cook or similar role.
• Knowledge of shawarma preparation techniques and seasoning.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain food quality.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
