Job Title: IT Professional (with Diverse Skill Sets)

Job Description

• We are looking for a versatile IT professional with a broad range of skills to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our technology infrastructure, providing technical support, and driving IT initiatives that align with our company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and systems.
• Develop innovative and compelling visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for various advertising and marketing materials, including print ads, digital banners, social media posts, and website designs
• Use industry-standard software tools, such as Corel Draw, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create and refine designs.
• Conceptualizing creative website design ideas.
• Testing and improving the design of the website.
• Designing and building the company website front-end.
• Conducting website performance tests.
• Provide technical support to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues
• Implement and manage cybersecurity measures to ensure the protection of company data and systems.
• Lead IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative IT solutions.
• Assist in software and hardware procurement
• Train employees on the use of various software applications and tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
• Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and experience implementing security measures.
• Proficiency in at least two programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, PowerShell, CSS, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Portfolio of past completed work
• Strong command of English language (appropriate grammar and spelling)
• Relevant certifications are a plus.
