Goldline is involved in the importation, sales, distribution and installation of security doors, internal and external doors, wooden and metal doors, locks and keys, decorative glass blocks, awnings etc. We also render after sales services to ensure that our customers get the maximum satisfaction they deserve. Head Office is at 80 Okota Road, Isolo withbranches in Port Harcourt, Warri, Lekki and Managodo. Warehouses are in Ago Palace Way Lagos and Port Harcourt.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Deliveryman / Truck Driver

Job Summary

• We are seeking a dependable and experienced Deliveryman to join our busy delivery team.
• You will load up your truck with orders and deliver them to customer locations around or outside the local areas.
• We expect courtesy and professionalism from the Deliverymen when interacting with customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure products are delivered promptly.
• Keep Vehicles organized, clean, and tidy.
• Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements
• Maintain truck to ensure it remains in good driving condition
• Ability to complete overnight travel to meet delivery requirements.
• Handle products properly and report damage(s) to Warehouse manager and Logistics manager
• Complete daily maintenance checks on the delivery van and notify the Logistics manager of any issues.
• Complete documentation such as logs, mileage reports, etc.
• Comply with all state and national safety regulations and standards.
• Collect payments, document amounts, and offer receipts when necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Candidates should possess High School Diplomas or equivalent with 5 - 10 years relevant work experience.
• Demonstrate safe driving practices
• Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to job and duties.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• A clean driving record with no moving violations
• Proficient at driving and parking large vehicles
• Physically fit and strong.
• Organized and able to follow a schedule
• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines
• Able to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Must reside in Ago Palace Way/Okota, Isolo, Lagos for easy commute to and fro job location.

Salary
N70,000 - N90,000 Monthly.
