We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: CompEx Electrician
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities and Duties
- Leading the installation & upgrades of industrial production machinery and wiring for a facility upgrade project
- Working to CompEx / Atex regulations
- Follow schematics provided by engineering department to assemble panels, install electrical components, etc.

- Working safely is paramount, installing distribution, 3phase power, cabling, transformers, relays, etc
- Measuring and testing electrical supply to correct standards and procedures, and Health & Safety
- Comply with Health & Safety regulations, plus company rules and regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- CompEx Qualified - Gas and vapours (Ex01 – Ex04) / ATEX etc.
- Must be IRATA Rope Access Certified of any level 1, 2 or 3
- Over 5 years experience qualified CompEx is required
- Ideally level 3 electrical installations / time served electrician
- Strong Health and Safety awareness
- Experience within complex installation projects environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work alone and also in a team.
