Job Title: Senior Sales Manager - Pan Nigeria

Location: Nigeria
Responsibilities
- Responsible for ensuring profitable returns on all company products sold through the various strategic business units - Retail, C&L Lubricants, Depots, etc.
- Manage the overall performance of the sales team towards the attainment of business objectives.
- Develop and implement the annual sales plan.
- Identify and evaluate new business and retail channel opportunities.
- Develop, approve, and implement the Annual Sales Plan for effective management of all sales outlets to meet set targets in volume and margin within the sales outlets in the branch.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies and plans in line with the Company's corporate objectives.
- Coordinate, supervise, and motivate sales teams to achieve set targets.
Qualifications
- Good University Degree in any related discipline
- An MBA or other postgraduate qualifications will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 13 - 20 years cognate experience, preferably in Downstream Oil & Gas or FMCG industry
- At least 7 years of experience at a managerial level
- Good knowledge of MIS office applications.
Competencies & Attributes:
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
- Proven track records in leading sales team(s).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
