Description

• The successful candidate will work with the client's executive team to develop and implement the company's strategic plan, ensuring a clear and consistent vision for the future.
• He/She will drive the execution of the team’s set goals and objectives which include developing, monitoring, and implementing the organization’s corporate, business, and functional strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Participate actively in financial evaluation of projects, business development / business expansion plans and other ad hoc projects
• Translate strategies/policies into specific goals, tactics, action plans and deliverables including managing scope and budget
• Provide regular economic, industry and business performance reports to management

Requirements

• First Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, or related fields, from an accredited institution.
• A Master’s Degree in economics, Strategic Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration is an advantage.
• At least 8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or related field.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in the construction industry preferred but not required.
