Job Title: STEM Facilitator

Job Description
- As a Facilitator with our organisation, you will play a crucial role in empowering Nigerian children with hands-on, interactive, and project-based STEM experiences.
- Our programs utilize innovative tools such as Lego bricks, smart blocks, robotics, and programming, exposing students to the vast possibilities of the tech-enabled world and preparing them for the future.
- You don't have to worry about preparation, as we provide all teaching materials and tools required for each class.
The Programs
- After School Enrichment Program, Camps, Co-Curricular STEM programs
- Robotics workshops in secondary schools across SW Nigeria.
Responsibilities
- Prepare resources for programs based on assigned topics and themes
- Pre-build models and organize relevant hand-out notes
- Manage inventory of class resources
- Conduct classes and workshops following the provided training and format
- Supervise and assist children during classes and after class pick-up
- Prepare end-of-term report cards as required
- Ensure student/school registration targets are met for each program - Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers - Support business development activities to introduce our programs to new schools
- Collaborate with the Operations and Logistics team to plan, manage, and execute activities according to schedules.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Education from a reputable University.
