We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Product Graphic Designer

Location: Shomolu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for new print products.
• Conceptualize, design, and prototype new print products, keeping in mind aesthetic appeal, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Conduct market research to understand competitive offerings and ensure our products stand out in the market.
• Develop and maintain detailed product specifications, including design elements, materials, production processes, and cost estimates.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless transition from product development to production phase.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to generate innovative ideas for print products.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling product presentations, marketing collateral, and sales materials.
• Monitor the performance of launched products, gather feedback, and make recommendations for product improvements.
• Stay informed about advancements in printing technology and materials, and integrate relevant innovations into product development strategies.

Qualifications / Requirements

• HND / BSc in related field from recognized institutions
• 2-3 years work experience as Product development Officer in printing and Advertisement industry
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines effectively
• Knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and production processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver.
