Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (Open Market)
Locations: Lagos & Aba, Abia
Industry: Manufacturing
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed region’s monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota, strategic and unit sales mix objectives, profit goal and market share goals
- Develop sales plans and strategies to increase market penetration within region.
- Participate in annual sales strategy planning
- Develop annual sales quotas for sales representatives and distributors. Manage and control department expenses at or below budgeted levels
- Generate quotations to identified strategic key accounts monthly.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc / HND in any relevant field
- 5-6 years of work experience.
- Proven work experience in open-market FMCG is a must
- Candidate must be working in an FMCG/Manufacturing Company
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

Remuneration & Benefits
N200,000 - N250,000 (Net) Monthly + sales incentives + transport & airtime float.
