Description

• As Sales Representatives, successful candidates will be responsible for increasing sales and profitability by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
• The individuals will work closely with other departments within the organization to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned regions
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
• Manage and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients
• Develop and deliver effective sales presentations to clients
• Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve organizational goals
• Conduct market research to stay informed about trends and competitor activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 3 years of sales experience in the oil and energy industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours
