Job Title: Telecom / Communication Support Officer
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Description
CROs will have competencies in four of these subsystems as a minimum:
- As the production of oil and gas Onshore is a 24-hour operation, CROs will work either dayshift or nightshift, alternating between shifts with each Onshore trip.
- All contractor personnel shall be supervised by Shell.
- Networks with Shell Onshore Operations Supervisor, Onshore Shift Supervisor, OIMs, Safety Department, Technicians on same and other shifts, and Contract staff and Vendor Representatives.
Experience and Qualifications Required
- HND or OND qualifications in Process or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 - 8 years’ experience in gas/oil industry at Senior operations level
- Fully conversant with DCS systems.
- Flexible, self-motivated and dynamic personality, capable to perform in a work environment, which only provides limited resources.
- Good communication skills in order to supervise a multinational work force.
- Good command of the English language, written as well as verbal.
- Strong leadership skills, ability to delegate, and work with minimum supervision.
- Qualified first aider.
