We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of sales associates.
• Set sales targets and motivate the team to achieve and exceed them.
• Provide product knowledge and training to staff.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Monitor sales performance and report on key metrics.
• Collaborate with management to develop sales strategies.
• Maintain an organized and attractive store environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess HND / B.Sc Degrees with 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor in a high-end clothing store or luxury brand.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of luxury products and the ability to convey their value to customers.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
