Job Description

• We are seeking for a Hotel pre-opening manager who'll be responsible for leading and managing the pre-opening process of our new hotel properties, along with assistance provided by the head office team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field
• 5 - 7 years of hotel pre-opening experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities, with particular attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage pre-opening costs, timelines, and project management.
• Passionate about the hospitality industry with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
• Ability to work well under pressure and to be able to effectively manage a team of professionals and contractors.

Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
