Job Title: Trainer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Tasks

• Collaborate with management and departmental head to identify training needs within the unit.
• Schedule appropriate training sessions.
• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
• Supervise training budgets.
• Prepare hard copy training materials.
• Train and guide new employees in recipes, storage, use of equipment, sanitation, safety standards et.c.
• Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job
• Carry out duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees
• Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• 3 - 5 years of proven experience within the unit
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Highly organized with an active listening skill.
• Good leadership and interpersonal skills to organize, motivate and develop positive relationships with employees
