Job Title: Church Administrator

Job Description
- We are seeking a dedicated and organized Church Administrator to play a pivotal role in the efficient operation of our church community.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing administrative tasks, managing church facilities, and supporting the pastor, workers, and congregation in various capacities.
Job Duties
Administrative Management:
- Maintain and update church records, databases, and membership information
- Manage church finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.
- Oversee the scheduling of church facilities for events and meetings.
- Coordinate and prepare documents for church meetings, including agendas and minutes.
Communication:
- Serve as a point of contact for church members, staff, and external partners.
- Manage church communication channels, including email newsletters, social media, and the church website
- Ensure effective communication of church events, announcements, and updates.
Event Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate church events, including worship services, special services, and community outreach programs.
- Arrange logistics, schedules, and resources for events and activities.
- Collaborate with volunteers and church staff to ensure events run smoothly.
Volunteer Management:
- Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers for various church ministries and activities.
- Maintain a volunteer database and schedule.
Facility Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of church facilities.
- Manage repairs and renovations as needed.
Financial Management:
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the church budget.
- Process donations, keep financial records, and provide financial reports to the leadership.
The Person
- Minimum of OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any business-related field.
- 1+ year previous experience in church administration or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using office software, databases, and online communication tools.
- A commitment to the mission and values of Foursquare Gospel Church.
Skills Required:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with church leadership, staff, and volunteers.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
What's on Offer
- Salary Range - N120,000 - N200,000 per month.
