Lagos University Teaching Hospital - Applicants are invited for admission into the underlisted one year Post Basic Nursing Programme, which will commence in November 2015.

Entry Requirements
- Applicants should possess the RN qualification with or without RM, WASC/GCE with 5 Credits including English Language, Mathematics and Biology from not more than two sittings.
- Applicants who qualified from 2006 till date should have credit in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. Two years post qualification experience and current practicing licence issued by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria are mandatory.
Conditions for Admission
- Written examination to be conducted on the 13th June 2015 by 9.00 am at School of Post Basic Nursing (Human Resources Development Centre) Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH).
- Successful candidates are to bring along originals of all relevant certificates for interview at the same venue from 7th - 10th July 2015.
Closing Date for Return of Application Forms
The copies of the completed application forms, 2 recent passport photographs, photocopies of relevant certificates and email address should reach the Administrative Office of the School not later than
Friday 5th June 2015.
Method of Application
Each applicant should obtain a bank draft for the sum of N5,000,00 (Five Thousand Naira Only) in favour of Lagos University Teaching Hospital (LUTH). The draft should be taken to the Cash Office LUTH from 9.00am - 2.00pm for exchange of a receipt. Photocopy of the receipt MUST be submitted to:
