Job Description
- A Relationship Manager is responsible for creating and maintaining connections with business clients to drive sales.
- Their duties include meeting with clients in-person to dis- cuss new products or services, resolving client issues with their employer's products or services to preserve relationships and communicating with other departments about maximizing client experiences.
- They are relied upon to find ways to outperform the competition and maintain the company's positive image.
- To succeed in this role, one must be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers; must be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills and must be capable of main- taining strong relationships with the company's clients to boost brand and profits.
Requirements and Skills
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Must demonstrate and possess 100% sense of ownership, Corporate behaviour, knowledge, and sound judgement
- Results driven and customer focused
- Age: 30-45 years
