Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Nigeria

Job Responsibilities

• Implement Human Resources policies and procedures
• Update staff KPI on HR software
• Selection and recruitment of staff
• Develop and implement human resources programmes and policies
• Coordinate staff training programme.
• Conduct exit interviews for exiting staff

Qualification and Experience

• Candidates should possess a B.Sc/B.A, HND in Management Sciences or related field.
• Membership of CIPM or partial qualification will be advantage.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in Human Resources.
• Good understanding of HR application.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft office.
