Job Description

  • We are currently looking for an E&I Engineer to support us with the Shutdown Preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Developing the design concept and specifications for the electrical and instrument air networks.
  • This involves analyzing the facility's requirements, considering factors such as load capacity, voltage levels, instrumentation needs, safety standards, and applicable codes and regulations.
  • Selecting appropriate electrical and instrumentation equipment for the network.
  • The engineer evaluates and specifies components such as power distribution panels, motors, control systems, instruments, air compressors, and associated equipment.
  • Ensuring proper electrical and instrument air system integration with another facility system.
  • Investigating and resolving electrical and instrumentation issues that arise during the shutdown.

Profile

  • A Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, and installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations.
  • Proven expertise as an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer.
  • Understanding of electrical engineering codes and safety standards
  • Physical ability to work on offshore installations in the climatic conditions of the site,

Candidate Criteria:

  • Minimum level of experience required: 3 years or more

Required Authorisations:

  • Autocad

Languages:

  • English (E-Native or bilingual proficiency).
