Job Summary

• Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team.
• As a Business Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of the hospital.
• Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop strategic partnerships, attract new patients, and explore opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a brand awareness and positioning initiatives.
• Identify and establish relationships with potential healthcare partners, referring physicians, and medical professionals.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new patients and expand our healthcare services.
• Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Represent the hospital at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Prepare and present marketing materials like business proposals and power point presentations
• Provide strategic periodic reports to senior management on the progress and effectiveness of business strategies.
• Maintain a deep understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards and ensure that the facility keeps up to date on them.
• Work closely with the executive team to align business development efforts with the hospital's strategic goals.
• Work with social media team to develop and implement publicity strategies and campaigns for the hospital’s social media platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving business development goals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
