Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Male Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the President of our esteemed institution.
- We are looking for a married male candidate who possesses exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage the President's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring prompt responses.
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations on behalf of the President.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating special events and meetings.
- Undertake research and provide information as needed.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to facilitate the President's duties.
Qualifications
