Job Title: Head, Accounts & Finance
Locations: Uyo and Kano
Job Description
- Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
- Prepare financial management reports
- Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures.
- Monitor and support taxation requirements
- Evaluate and advice on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and integrity of financial data.
Qualification/Experience and Attributes
- Accounting degree or equivalent.
- Membership of relevant professional bodies such as ICAn, ACCA is compulsory.
- Must possess knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and principles.
- Minimum of 15 years experience in the management of financial systems and budgets, financial reporting and financial data analysis.
- Must be 40 years old and above.
