Job Title: Company's Driver

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Driver plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe and timely transportation of passengers, goods, or deliveries.
• This position requires excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a customer-service oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate the assigned vehicle (car, motorcycle, or other) to transport passengers, goods, or deliveries to their destinations.
• Follow traffic rules, regulations, and guidelines to ensure safe and responsible driving.
• Plan routes to reach destinations efficiently and on time, considering traffic and weather conditions.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the vehicle, both interior and exterior.
• Perform routine vehicle checks and inspections, including oil, fuel, and tire checks.
• Report any vehicle malfunctions or maintenance needs promptly.
• Handle and manage any necessary paperwork, such as invoices, receipts, or delivery documents.
• Adhere to delivery schedules and deadlines for goods or packages.
• Interact in a professional and courteous manner.
• Follow specific instructions for deliveries, pickups, or drop-offs.
• Ensure the security of goods or items being transported.
• Abide by company policies and procedures, as well as local traffic laws.
• Uphold a positive company image through excellent driving skills and customer interactions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Must live around Lekki axis
• Valid state driver's license
• Have been driving for at least 3 years
• Great time management skills
• Ability to operate a vehicle for 8 hours
• Physically able to lift 50 pounds
• Open to working nights and weekends
• Great organizational skills
• Valid personal and commercial driver's licenses.
• Prior experience as a personal driver is advantageous.
• Thorough understanding of road regulations.
• Clear criminal record.
• Neatly presented and professional.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Punctual and reliable.

Salary
N60,000 - N70,000 / month.
