Job Description

• The Sales Operations Manager plays a vital role of overseeing the daily operations of the BTC business channel.
• He/ she is responsible for the creation and implementation of sales processes, overseeing the sales team, and planning and strategizing sales goals.
• He/ she ensures smooth online retail processes by managing logistics, inventory, customer experience, data analysis, optimizing product listings, and ensuring the website is running smoothly.
• Additionally, he/ she will be responsible for customer service, order fulfillment, and shipping logistics.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience for an e-commerce organization in a Finance & Accounts role in FMCG Sector (such as Drinks.ng, Jumia.com, Konga etc.) of which minimum 2 years in a managerial position.
