Job Description
- We are seeking a motivated and analytical associate Product Manager to join our team of product managers in our product development efforts.
- As an associate product Manager at our organisation, you will have the opportunity to have hands-on experience on the product development process and bring innovative products to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitive insights. Use data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
- Gather and document user stories and requirement documents for products.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap.
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and user feedback.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other development team to ensure successful product development.
- Champion user-centric design principles and ensure that product development is focused on delivering exceptional user experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support product launch.
- Monitor product performance and gather user feedback for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- At least one year of proven work experience in product management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
