Job Title: Group Executive Director (GED) - Finance

Locations: Kwara & Lagos
Employment Type: Full time

Responsibilities

• Manage the Group Finances across its 10 Subsidiaries.
• Leadership and management of the group's finance team and GCFO.
• Help with Operation and Capital Fundraising both locally and internationally.
• Manage the cash flow, liquidity and financial visibility of the Holding and Subsidiary Companies.
• Help to facilitate Companies’ entry and visibility in the Global Financial Market.
• Capable of raising finance and developing the Company to a Global Multinational Company.
• Wide Network in the Global Financial Industry.

Requirements

• First Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
• 20 - 25 years experience. With experience all over Africa, Asia and Europe.
• Relevant professional certifications such as ACCA, ICAN.
